Dawnyle, a seasoned educator and career services practitioner, brings over 17 years of dynamic experience in education and the non-profit sectors. Her journey has been marked by a commitment to transformative education, executive coaching, career counseling, and leadership training, including specialized areas like drone training and UAS training that are essential for modern workforce development.
Throughout her career, Dawnyle has demonstrated a passion for reimagining education and fostering sustainable systems. With a focus on unlearning the systematic oppressive foundations of education, she has embraced real transformation by integrating innovative approaches, such as drone training, into the educational system to enhance workforce development.

Todd is tasked with overseeing the business strategy and business processes of the company, particularly in the realm of drone training and UAS training initiatives. He is developing an inclusive strategic plan by collaborating with the board of directors, CEO, and leadership team to enhance workforce development.
Since joining Safala Inc, Todd has taken on roles of increasing responsibility, demonstrating a deep understanding of the business and his commitment to delivering results. He holds a B.S. in business and operations management from Penn Foster University.

Lea implements the operational processes, including but not limited to: planning and budgeting, as well as supervising the controlling and information management functions. Together with the CSO, she develops business plans, costs, and performance reports, particularly focusing on initiatives like drone training and UAS training for workforce development. With her experience in operations coordination, she collaborates with leaders and administrative staff to navigate design standards and safety guidelines, lending an added focus of consultation to Safala. As a lifelong learner, she continues to reflect on her experiences.
Lea is a graduate of the University of the Arts in Philadelphia, PA. She also obtained her certificate of completion with the National Theater Conservatory. Additionally, Lea is a former touring member of the world-renowned Cirque du Soleil company and a former Mrs. Denver title holder with the Mrs. Colorado America organization.

Savannah is responsible for overseeing the academic and operational aspects of the organization, including the development of innovative drone training and UAS training programs that contribute to workforce development. She plays a key role in implementing educational policies and strategies that ensure the overall effectiveness and success of the organization.
Savannah Sanburg acquired a Master’s degree in Social Justice from the University of Colorado Denver in the Fall of 2015. She has served as an Adjunct Faculty member at the University of Colorado (Boulder campus), University of Colorado (Denver campus), and the Community College of Aurora. With an interdisciplinary resume, Savannah teaches subjects that include Freshman Composition, Public Speaking, Introduction to Ethnic Studies, Global Media, African-American History, Foundations of Ethnicity in America and US Popular Culture, Introduction to Africana Studies, Contemporary Asian-American Studies, Interpersonal Communication, Intercultural Communication, Organizational Communication, and Global Media. Savannah earned a B.S. in Speech Communication with a concentration in Rhetoric and Public Address from Metropolitan State University of Denver in 2013, alongside a B.S. in Consumer Sciences from Colorado State University in 1998. In addition to her teaching portfolio, Savannah worked with the OU Speaking Bobcats under the direction of Dan West while pursuing her Ph.D. at Ohio University in Athens, Ohio. She has been active in the Forensics circuit since 1995, achieving success as an Interp Finalist in both Regional and National Tournaments. Currently, Savannah is an Associate Professor of Communication & Arts in Garden City, Kansas.
